History of Starburst

Starburst were originally known as opal fruits. Starburst were first created in 1959 by Peter Pfeffer. The first four flavors were lime, strawberry, lemon, and orange. They were called differently in the U.S. they instead were called Starburst. On October 6th, 2008 Mars bought Wrigleys.
